They have a card skimmer or are just thieves. We went earlier in the week for a purchase of $107. Today my elderly aunts card has 2 more transactions of $227 and $20. I've reported the theft and thankfully caught this before it fully went through. How sad, the food is great. Make sure you pay with cash.

Cheap and delicious food with a surprising amount of variety! They have some dishes rarely seen at buffets: bean sprouts, short ribs and kimchi! I was eating good and at a good price but it felt like I was at a working class friend's house. The tables were janky as hell with them being unable to even have elbows lean on them, the lighting was dim and the bathroom felt like a high school pool locker room with the distinct two tone blend of bleach and chlorine. However, if you're all you're after is a tasty meal at an affordable price, it's hard to beat this place for Southern Bakersfield. I wasn't thrilled by the Styrofoam plates and plastic spoons but those are optional. The wait staff was friendly and quick with one of them even hooking me up with some white pepper from the kitchen. The drink cups are takeout plastic cups and the soup bowls are also little takeout ones which adds to the cheapness but it has gone so far in that direction of being low quality that it's actually circled back around to being charming. Was also a fan of the salmon nigiri and they don't really rush you to leave. Waiter also kindly got me a cup of ice cream before they started cleaning the machine. There

food was super good for the price. main negative was we got there 2 hrs before they closed on a saturday and no new food was brought out for the rest of the evening. so it was basically like our only options were to finish up everything that was left over from the whole day. and those options dwindled quickly, especially as other people showed up. plus, the crew started packing things up and shutting down the buffet as early as they could, which limited options further and gave a rushed feeling to the end of the meal. it's like, if you want to leave work at 9, just say that you close at 9, not 930. we had to pay up front when we got there and i asked the lady at the desk to confirm they closed at 930 and she said yes. so maybe the lesson is don't go to buffets within 2 hours of their stated closing time? i'd definitely come here again, but at like noon maybe

My husband and I went to the buffet for our first time yesterday. When we initially walked in, we were greeted at the door and we paid for our meals and were seated almost instantly. The host was kind and polite. The restaurant wasn’t dirty, but is on the older side. Unfortunately they were not utilizing any normal dish-ware, but instead all of the utensils, plates, and cups were paper, plastic, or Styrofoam. I use these at home sometime, so I’m not against them, however for a restaurant to have so much paper waste is detrimental to the environment. In addition, I had to grab a second plate to make mine strong enough to hold my food because they were very flimsy. The flavor of the food was decent, normal buffet quality, however none of my food was “hot”, only Luke warm. We went at about 3pm on a Saturday, it wasn’t very busy either. We paid about $35 for two people to eat plus soda and a hot tea. Overall, I likely won’t return
